UNIPAKHELLAS S.A. is an international company and integral member of INDEVCO Group, a multinational parent organization renowned for its diversified manufacturing, technical expertise, and consultancy services.

Since our establishment in 2008, UNIPAKHELLAS S.A. has maintained a prominent position in the paper-based packaging industry. We specialise in the design and manufacture of a diverse range of corrugated packaging solutions tailored to the needs of customers across European and Mediterranean markets.

UNIPAKHELLAS operates multiple facilities across Greece, strategically located in Athens, Thiva, Thessaloniki, Korinthos, and Crete, covering a total area of 240,000 square metres. Our commitment to environmental responsibility, circular-economy principles, and innovative, sustainable packaging solutions provides clear economic and competitive advantages throughout Greece and the broader European market.

Established UNIPAKHELLAS.

2009

Acquired Kakkos S.A., IPC’s first corrugated erecting centre in Europe.

2010

Received ISO certification at UNIPAKHELLAS.

2011

Expanded UNIPAKHELLAS and established a new hub in Nafplio, Greece.

2013

Established a manufacturing cooperation in Thessaloniki with operational premises and warehousing facilities.

2014

Initiated sales activities outside the borders of Greece.

2018

Established UNIPAKHELLAS CENTRAL following the acquisition of PAKO S.A.

2020

Established UNIPAKHELLAS NORTH following the acquisition of Haitoglou-Hartel S.A.

2021

UNIPAKHELLAS Central received the FSC-COC certification.

2022

Received the “Decade Achievement Award” at the “Gold Protagonists of the Greek Economy 2011-2021.”

2023

Established the Digital Centre and the E-Shop

2024

Won two trophies at the WorldStar Packaging Awards.

2024

UNIPAKHELLAS North received the FSC-COC certification.

2024

Received three prizes at the Packaging Awards 2024.

2025

Received three awards at the WorldStar Packaging Awards.
